For example, if you enroll in the Total Care Plan to protect your heating system, you’ll be eligible for immediate annual discounts of $25 each if you add coverage for your water heater, A/C, plumbing or generator.

The central A/C Total Care Plan enrollment is $17.42/month.
And all additional plans are priced with an automatic annual discount of $25. For example, if you enroll in the Total Care Plan to protect your heating system, your A/C plan has a $25 annual discount. If you’ve protected your central A/C with this plan, you can also add coverage of your water heater, plumbing or generator at a discounted rate for each.
Please note: The Total Care Plan central A/C system plan covers one outdoor condensing unit and its related indoor components. A $25 discount per year is applied if you have additional units to cover.
Does your home have a ductless cooling system or a heat pump (a combined heating and cooling system)? Our Total Care Plan heat pump/mini-split plans include priority service and 20% discounts on all covered equipment. That discount applies to work performed during business hours, at night, on weekends and on holidays too. Additionally, we’ll perform your annual multi-point maintenance at no cost.
Heat pump/mini-split Total Care Plan enrollment is $24.08/month.
Additional plans are priced with an automatic annual discount of $25. For example, if you enroll in a ductless mini-split or heat pump Total Care Plan, you can add coverage for your water heater, plumbing or generator at a discounted rate for each.
Please note: Each heat pump/mini-split plan includes up to two indoor heads, whether ducted or wall-mounted. A $2.50 monthly charge is applied for each additional head.
