To Our Customers:

You have seen on the news that oil shipping has been blocked in the Persian Gulf, oil refineries and ports have been hit by Iran’s missiles, and fuel is now scarce in certain areas of the world. I want to assure you that we have plenty of fuel for all our customers because of our robust storage facilities (270,000 gallons of heating oil, and 150,000 gallons of propane), and the excellent supply relationships we’ve built with our supply partners over decades of business together.

Valiant’s cost of Oil and Propane had been rising in recent weeks as the energy markets anticipated the conflict with Iran, and then rose sharply when the first shots were fired over the weekend. Our strong inventory position has allowed us to keep prices from rising to the same degree, and we are doing everything possible to hold prices down during this situation.

Please know we hate the higher fuel prices as much as you do, because part of our mission is to make home heating affordable. We keep a close eye on fuel cost every day, and commit to lowering our prices the moment our cost starts to drop.

This has been a long, cold winter, and we sincerely appreciate your business as we work through snow, ice, and now military conflict to keep you and your families warm.
