With that in mind, we offer many products to make your energy spending more predictable and protect you from big, unexpected expenses. That’s why we offer Total Care Plan coverage that can save you 20% on all Valiant equipment services. It’s also why we offer the pricing and payment options below.

AutoPay

As a Valiant customer, you never need to worry about a check going missing in the mail or spending money on stamps and envelopes. Just log into My Account at the top of this page and sign up for no-fee AutoPay. Every month, we’ll debit your checking account or credit card for your balance. You can say goodbye to the possibility of late payments — and maybe rack up some reward points on your credit card!

SmartPay

When you count on propane or heating oil for your home comfort, fall and winter can bring some hefty fuel delivery expenses. That’s why our credit-approved customers prefer the convenience of our SmartPay monthly budget.

With this free plan, we will spread out your annual heating fuel costs into low monthly installments. We determine your annual costs by taking your average fuel use from the last few years and multiplying it by projected prices for this year.

Even if it’s very cold and you need two deliveries in a month, you still only make one SmartPay payment. This dramatically reduces your winter fuel payments. If you’re enrolled in one of our Total Care service plans, you can roll the annual fee into your SmartPay payments.

In the end, you only pay for the fuel you receive, at the price in effect the day you receive your delivery — never a penny more. If our estimate ends up being high or low, we can adjust your payments or reconcile at the end of the program.

SmartPay is the ultimate in customer convenience. It ensures you’re not hit with high winter bills, always remit payment on time and still have total control of your customer account!

Protecting Your Price

With our Price Cap, you get our everyday low price with each delivery, plus a guarantee that it will never exceed a set cap. For a small fee, we will set a not-to-exceed cap price for your season’s heating fuel. The price of your fuel will never go higher than the cap. And when heating oil and propane prices are below the cap, you get to enjoy the best price for your fuel!

You can also opt for our Fixed Price option, which gives you price certainty (though not guaranteed savings.) If market prices rise, you are protected. But if prices drop, which happens frequently, we cannot lower your rate, because we will have already secured your fuel from our suppliers. There is no fee to get a Fixed Price.
