From the sales team to the team who handled removal of our old oil furnace and tank and installation of the new propane furnace, everything was done perfectly and with attention to detail. Joe was thoughtful with the placement of new ductwork and treated our home as though it was his own. Everyone we interacted with, from those who were in our home to those in the office coordinating things was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend Valiant Energy, for a complicated oil to propane conversion. They made the process smooth and seamless, answered all our questions, were respectful of our home and our needs, took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that we agreed with their proposals.
