They are professional, courteous and they go the extra mile to follow up. Just recently I had an issue at our house. The technician, Matt, was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and couldn’t have been nicer. The office called me today just to check to make sure everything was working properly. It’s the little things that matter! I’ve had multiple issues over the years with plumbing, heating and cooling systems and Valiant Energy has been a constant presence, there to help quickly. This is a company that others should compare themselves to, they set the bar quite high!
