We found that we had no heat on in the afternoon. We Valiant Energy and they had a repair tech at the house within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the furnace could not be repaired. Their salesman came almost immediately and gave a us a price on a new one. We agreed and it was installed by 2 p.m. the following day. The price was fair and the service excellent. You really can’t ask for any better service, especially in the dead of winter. We will be having them do our A/C in the future.
